But that's where we break from the"identify & document" mentality typical of the home inspection industry. We add "explain".

Our Inspectors strive to establish an immediate rapport with you and maintain an on-going dialog through-out the duration of the inspection, engaging and keeping your attention by explaining the inspection process as it unfolds.

We'll point out & explain our findings, what they mean and put them in the correct context. We'll also point out & explain other important components of the house, even if they are OK. We'll give you valuable maintenance and up-keep information, homeowner tips and recommendations.

We understand that not everyone knows what a soffit & an escutcheon plate is or the difference between a Gable, Cross Gable or Dormer Gable roof. We’ll explain this for you.

Our Inspection Reports too are geared toward being informative. With well thought-out and written comments, our reports explain our findings, clearly and in easy to understand terms.

They also go on to explain a multitude of other components, their condition, cause & effect, when applicable their life expectancies  & much, much more.

And beyond just recommending repairs, our reports include valuable maintenance information. The reports are meant to be a valuable reference guide to & of the home, useful for many years after the purchase.

     OF YOUR REALTOR!Aware of the report’s use a negotiation tool by Realtors, our reports start with a brief Summary of the salient points most pertinent to the Real Estate transaction.

This allows your Realtor to get a quick, comprehensive list of the various issues &/or problems the home may have which need to be addressed with the sellers.

It also provides you, the buyer, with a synopsis of the house’s relative condition allowing you to decide if this is the home for you.

All of the comments found in the Summary will also be found in the main body of the Inspection Report, under the pertinent headings, along with pictures and more often than not, more information.
