• Sealing the treatment area to prevent Mold Spores from spreading to the rest of the home while treatment is on-going.

• Demolition & removal of the mold affected materials in the designated treatment areas.

• Disposal of the mold affected materials in accordance to EPA guidelines.

• Use of an industrial capacity HEPA Filter Air Scrubber to remove air-borne Mold Spores produced during the demolition & removal process.

• Cleaning the affected areas with an EPA approved fungicide*.

• Scouring the area with steel-bristled brushes to remove residual or embedded mold spores.

• A second treatment with an EPA approved fungicide*.

• Encapsulation of the treated areas with a fungicide containing primer.

• Fog-wash the entire area including walls, floor & ceiling to eliminate any Mold Spores which may have lived on prior to or landed on these surfaces during treatment.

• Clean the treatment area.
